1. Marketing
 
1.1. Marketing support
1.1.1. Creation of slide-shows and supports for external presentations.
1.1.2. Creation of slide-shows and supports for internal presentations (company’s introduction, 
         communication, …).
1.1.3. Printing of sales support documents (specification sheets, selling sheets, application sheets, 
         …).
1.1.4. Sorting and filing of marketing-related documents and archives.
1.1.5. Develop a systematic approach for setting up the list of companies for tele marketing and 
         coordination of tele marketing team.
1.1.6. Products registration.
1.1.7. Searching raw material information and sending to related person.
1.1.8. Compiling statistic of import and export and sending to related person.
1.1.9. Maintenance the marketing documents. ( product list, packaging list …
 
1.2. Promotion and communication:
1.2.1. Organisation of fairs (booking, mailings, promotional actions, …)
1.2.2. Organisation of meetings and seminars for customers and/or distributors.
1.2.3. Printing of brochures and catalogues (dealing with design companies and printing    
         companies).
1.2.4. Organisation of promotional actions and advertising (dealing with advertising companies, 
         newspapers and magazines).
1.2.5. Typing and mailing of press releases.
1.2.6. Improve website content and intranet and CD-ROM (news...)
1.2.7. Updating the website ad periodically.
1.2.8. Dealing with inquires by replying and forwarding to related persons.
1.2.9. Preparation of yearly marketing plan.
 
1.3. Business intelligence:
1.3.1 Updating knowledge about competitors in NAVISION’s Relationship Management system.  
 
1.4. Questionnaires and certificates:
1.4.1. Filling of questionnaires received from customers and/or distributors.
1.4.2. Making certificates with the help of Technologist.
